It is the purpose of this agreement to waive & release from liability for ANY reasons, Valley of the Sun publications, "Hottest Ladies", John C. Gentile, and any agents, sponsors, advertisers, and participants. The undersigned participant/applicant agrees that John C. Gentile, and agents will have the final say in who is to be selected for the publication, and will abide by the selection process. Applicants who are not chosen for the 2006 publication will be eligible for the 2007 publication, but will not be guaranteed to be selected for that publication. It is understood and agreed that all applicants will conduct themselves in a proper manner and will not appear in any obscene clothing at any of the Valley of the Sun, "Hottest Ladies" parties or functions.
