It is no accident that, although
you may have trouble recalling what happened on your favorite
sitcom last week, you can recall the summaries of books you read
last year, in college, even in high school. When you hold a piece
of paper and read the printed words, the text gets absorbed by
your brain much better than if you had received the same information
passively.
Let Zucker Media create unique,
eye-catching brochures and advertisements that will be read --
and memorized -- by your potential clients.

1031
Exchange Partners
Phoenix-based
1031 Exchange Partners is a company that specializes in the transfer
of capital gains from one property to the purchase of another
in order to avoid substantial taxes and fees.
After
determining the corporate color palette and creating the logo,
an tri-fold brochure was the next step in establishing an identity.
Although
most of the text was provided, there was a substantial amount
of editing performed to ensure that it was all grammatically correct
and that the information was presented clearly and in one fluid
voice.
The
founder of 1031 Exchange Partners has said that these brochures
have been instrumental in helping him establish his new business
and generate leads
The
brochure was produced with Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress.

ALA Scientific
New
York-based Adams & List Associates -- an industry leader in
the conceptualizing and manufacturing of medical and scientific
research equipment -- attracts a large percentage of their business
from trade shows. For the longest time, the marketing literature
that was distributed consisted of a hand-drawn (many by Zucker Media
president, Garrett Zucker) image of the apparatus and a few typed
paragraphs, photocopied onto hundreds of fliers.
One
year, Zucker Media created a four-color, glossy sales slick for
one of their new products. It contained a catchy slogan, a related
image, and a photograph of the new device on the front. The back
had two paragraphs of product overview, one paragraph of a company
overview, and the contact information.
After
the first trade show at which the sales slicks were introduced,
the highlighted product sold 60% more than any other debut product
from Adams & List Associates. New clients increased by 15% --
greater than any previous trade show result.

BOSaNOVA
Phoenix-based
BOSaNOVA is a privately held company headquartered in Phoenix Arizona
that is principally engaged in the design and development of software
solutions based on XP, CE, and LINUX.
Garrett
Zucker created the layout, wrote the copy, and photographed the
products for all of BOSaNOVA's sales sheets and brochures.
For
each item, he contacted the actual manufacturer -- many times communicating
with people in Israel and France -- in order to obtain the basic
information as to what it is and what it does, as well as the detailed
specifications.
Translating
technical jargon into an understandable format is one of Zucker
Media's specialties.

brochure was produced with Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress.

POS Partner
Tempe-based
Vital Processing Services (Vital) is the second-largest merchant
payment processor in the US. One of their point-of-sale solutions
is a system called POS Partner.
When
designing this brochure, Garrett Zucker, sought out what he calls
the three essentials -- What is it? What does it do? How will it
help the user? Rather than simply translate the twelve pages of
technical jargon provided by the product manager, Zucker contacted
one of Vital's clients, Arizona Software Replicators (ASR). ASR
was already using POS Partner and Zucker thought a testimonial piece
from a merchant's perpesctive would help other merchants realize
the real world benefits of the product.
Garrett
Zucker created the layout for the brochure, wrote the Vital copy,
massaged the testimonial text, and directed the photo shoot in which
the client images were captured.
This
brochure was produced with Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress.

Ranking Arizona
Creative
Environments is Arizona's oldest and largest landscape design and
installation company.
One
of there objectives was to be named "#1 Landscape Design/Build
Company" in Arizona Business Magazine's "Ranking
Arizona" book.
A
postcard designed to remind people to vote, with easy-to-follow
directions how, was created. A list of all of Creative Environments'
current and past clients was obtained. The postcards were addressed
to the 22,000 clients, as well as "or current occupant."
This was done to prevent the return of any postcards should the
client not live at that particular address anymore. Additionally,
it allowed new residents know who installed the original landscaping
and exposed them to the Creative Environments name, contact information,
and sample photographs.
The
campaign worked so well that a representitive from Arizona Business
Magazine called to inform Creative Environments -- two months
prior to anyone every being notified in the past -- that they had
been voted "#1 Landscape Design/Build Company" in Arizona.
This
postcard was created with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
