CASE STUDY - PRINT PIECES

(Left page of center spread)

(Right page of center spread - Nov/Dec issue)

With the homebuilding booming in Phoenix's west valley in 2005, Garrett Zucker was tasked to ensure that Creative Environments was every homebuyer's first choice with regard to getting their new yard landscaped.

Creative Environments already had a beautiful design showroom located amid all the growth at the intersection of Dysart Road and West McDowell Road, but the foot traffic was very slow -- at best, one visitor per week.

Zucker negotiated a contract with a west valley-based publication called Local Value Magazine that only features west valley businesses. Because of Creative Environments' design showroom, they qualified. Zucker agreed to purchase the two-page center spread for each issue. New issues get published every other month.

The left page was designed as an ad to entice people to visit the showroom. That page stayed relatively constant for each issue. However, the right side of the spread would change with each publication based on season, promotions, or relevant news.

Garrett Zucker conceptualized each advertisement, manipulated the images, and created the layout.

Now Creative Environments' west valley design showroom has a constant flow of foot traffic and generates an average of 5 leads per week. That translates to an additional $390,000 in yearly sales.

With results like these, imagine the impact Zucker Media can have on your marketing collateral!
